1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Such delays do not automatically entitle customers to refunds.


3. Risk & Responsibility (Important – EU & US Compliant)

For United States Orders

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

For European Union Orders

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, risk transfers to the customer only once the goods are delivered to the consumer.

If a package is lost in transit within the EU, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.


4. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Refused delivery

We may charge additional shipping fees to reship the order.

For EU customers, refunds for undelivered items will be processed minus actual shipping and handling costs where legally permitted.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered”:

  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier first.

  • We may assist with filing a carrier investigation.

We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • VAT

  • Customs clearance fees

Failure to pay customs charges that results in return or destruction of the shipment may lead to deduction of incurred costs from any refund where permitted by law.


7. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped, except where required by law.
