Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

After registering your return, you have 14 additional days to send the item back.

 


 

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

 

  • be unworn and unwashed

  • be free from stains, odors, or damage

  • have all original tags attached

  • be returned in the original packaging

Items showing signs of wear or washing will not be accepted.

 


Size & Fit

Streetwear items may have an oversized fit. Please carefully check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

 

  • Ordered the wrong size?

     Returns are accepted according to our policy

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s own expense

  • Due to international shipping, return costs may vary

  • Always use a track & trace service; we are not responsible for lost return shipments

 

 


 

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, the purchase amount (excluding original shipping costs), will be refunded within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Item

Did you receive a damaged item or the wrong product?

 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

We will offer:

 

  • a free replacement, or

  • a full refund

 

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

 

  • items without original tags

  • worn or washed clothing

  • items with odors (perfume, smoke, sweat, etc.)
