Order processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the product, supplier and destination.
Estimated delivery times
The estimated delivery time for your order is shown where available on the product page, at checkout or in your order confirmation.
Unless another delivery time has been agreed, orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Multiple shipments
Some MotionBar products may be produced or fulfilled by different suppliers. As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
You will not be charged additional shipping costs solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments unless this was clearly shown before purchase.
Fulfilment by third parties
Certain products may be shipped directly by one of our production or fulfilment partners rather than from MotionBar itself.
The shipment origin may therefore vary depending on the product and destination.
Shipping costs
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.
International orders
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply where they are not already collected at checkout.
Delivery delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly agree to a specific delivery date.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, contact us at motionbarthebrand@outlook.com so we can investigate the shipment.
Your statutory rights relating to late or failed delivery remain unaffected.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can still be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and any relevant photos or delivery information.
We will handle the matter in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.
